Description
Unwind after a long week at our iconic Four BR penthouse, with a magnificent sea view, which will offer you an unforgettable holiday destination. Apart from its posh interiors, you’ll get to splash as you please in the private swimming pool, while enjoying unparalleled views of the sea and Dubai eye.
The Space
The lounge area is spacious with such a fine architecture taste which is unique and comfy. The whole lounge area is furnished with pleasant sunlight in the morning coming from the terrace to stir your feelings and uplift your mood. The lounge area features a big comfy sofa, two lounge chairs, and a coffee table with a large flat-screen television.
The Dining area features a dining table and chairs to accommodate up to 8 persons so you can devour your home-cooked meals while enjoying the view featured from the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential kitchen appliances for a seamless stay. It includes a coffee machine, a toaster, and a microwave for your convenience.
The spacious terrace is extravagant with a private pool where you can enjoy a splash or getting a tan while reading your favorite book on our relaxing sunbeds during noon time. You can also enjoy a gathering with your friends on the terrace while watching the stunning sunset.
Master Bedroom
This Luxurious Master bedroom is very remarkable, it features a King size bed with two bedside tables and a comfy sofa.
The balcony is overlooking the sea, and features relaxing sunbeds, a table, and chairs, where you may enjoy tanning on the sunbeds or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
The en-suite bathroom features a bathtub, double basins, a walk-in shower unit with rain shower facilities, a toilet and a bidet.
The three other bedrooms, each is featuring a Queen size bed with two bed side tables and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower unit.
Guest Access
Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including Beach access with lots of water activities, a Gym, a Shared Swimming pool, and a spa as well in addition to thrilling parties at the FIVE.
Interaction with Guests
All our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any inquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays and other various concierge services at an additional cost.
Other things to note
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
We provide one complimentary cleaning session, once every 7 nights stay.
Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled to the cleaning sessions.
The Neighborhood
Whether you want to sail around it, sky-dive over it, or take the monorail through it, The Palm Jumeirah is the perfect location for a blissful Dubai stays that boats plenty to do. It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels in such as the famous ‘Atlantis The Palm’ with world-famous restaurant Nobu, Aquaventure Water Park, and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium like no other.
In the immediate vicinity, you can stroll along with Club Vista Mare – a series of seven restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighboring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, or the trendy DIFC for Fine Dining experiences Dubai style.
AlNakheel Mall is a short drive away from the residences where you will find all the shops that you might need and also there is a nearby Spinneys Market to get all your essentials easily.
Getting around
There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxis are at plenty on The Palm and Uber is widely used throughout the Emirate.
