Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, with easy access to Dubai Mall and many other attractions in Downtown. The apartment is lying on a high floor, where you’ll get to enjoy a luxurious stay with the ultimate contemporary style.
The Space
This up-scale lounge area features a large comfy sofa with two accompanying lounge chairs, and a coffee table, where you’ll enjoy watching your favorite show on the large screen TV in the lounge area. The balcony features an amazing skyscraper and Burj Khalifa view with a cozy outdoor seating area.
The elegant dining area features a table and chairs for 6 people, where you’ll devour your home-cooked meals, and the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances including a toaster, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee maker for a seamless stay.
Master Bedroom
Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the balcony in the bedroom with its amazing views.
The tastefully furnished master bedroom features a King-sized bed with bedside tables and lampshades. You’ll also have access to a built-in wardrobe.
An en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, a walk-in shower unit, a toilet, and a basin.
The second & third bedrooms with similar elegant style feature a king-sized bed in each bedroom, and each also has an en-suite bathroom with rain-shower facilities.

The Neighborhood
Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) is where everything comes together: water sports, shopping, international dining, live entertainment, working out, and hanging back.
The Marina stretches more than 3 km long and is encircled by a palm-lined and landscaped promenade, a favorite among strollers, walkers, joggers, and cyclists. Along the waterfront are numerous restaurants and cafés or you could jump on a yacht for the day and sail around the Palm Jumeirah, or a Dhow boat for dinner. The Marina has its own mall with over 130 shops, a supermarket, and a six-screen cinema. JBR is a beachfront promenade set around 1 mile of skyscrapers designed with an Arabian touch.
